Vinificazione
Le uve vengono diraspate e macerate a freddo per 24 ore in pressa.
Fermenta e affina in acciaio sui lieviti dove rimane fino a tarda primavera.
Affinamento in bottiglia per alcuni mesi prima di essere immesso al consumo.
Note di degustazione
Al naso grande complessità e ricchezza minerale. In bocca il sorso è pieno e
grintoso con un richiamo continuo al bicchiere grazie all’apporto della
componente salina.
