Primo omaggio alla terra del Salento questa birra ad alta fermentazione è caratterizzata da un colore oro intenso ed una schiuma persistente. I toni maltati sono ben bilanciati da quelli del luppolo in modo da lasciare pervenire al naso ed al palato anche i profumi del lievito. La bassa gradazione alcolica e la nota di peperoncino la rendono una birra stuzzicante, dissetante e degna di tale nome.
